Elise Testone Hopes to Work With Stevie Nicks and Brian May

elise-testone-american-idol-season-11-top-13-01 Elise Testone sets the bar high when it comes to listing her dream duet. In an interview with MTV recently, the latest outcast on "American Idol" reveals her wish to work with Stevie Nicks and Brian May when she hits studio to record her debut album.

Talking about the possibility of collaborating with Stevie, Elise admits she hasn't talked to the Fleetwood Mac star even though she has revealed her desire to hire Elise if she ever needed a singer. "No, no, but hopefully there will be," she says with a smile.

Of Queen's member Brian, she says, "I talked to him a lot off-camera from Queen. Super cool. I mentioned two or three times I would love for him to play on my album, and he's like, 'Call me up. Let's do it.' So, I'm definitely going to get that phone number."

Elise was axed from "Idol" on April 26. After the elimination, she confessed that she didn't find judges' advice really helpful as she regretfully says, "I'd like to say they were, but I don't really feel that. I'm sorry. I feel bad about that."

In the separate chat with MTV, the 28-year-old aspiring singer explained how she felt about the judges' criticisms. "At first, it was kind of hard to hear those things just because I have worked so hard, I have a degree in music, and I've been in like six different bands," she admitted.

She, however, learned to accept the comment as part of learning process. "I've done so much with music, so sometimes it was hard for me to take that criticism, but finally I realized that's why I'm here. I signed up for this, and I can take the criticism. Move on," she said.
